Pas grand chose à se mettre sous la dent en ce moment... Si ce n'est ler dernier Weezer. Et oui, je suis fans de metal extrême ET de Weezer. C'est ça la dualité de l'Homme. Voici donc le dernier single "Pork And Beans" extrait de "The Red Album" qui devrait sortir le mois prochain.

Ca sent bon le soleil, la Californie et ça donne envie d'aller à la piscine. Ca change du cimetierre !

Sur le site officiel de NIN, on trouve en téléchargement gratuit et sous divers formats, le dernier album du groupe intitulé "The Slip". Moi qui ne suis pas grand fan du groupe, j'avoue que l'album m'a plu. L'idée en plus est plutôt intelligente. L'album format CD est prévu pour Juillet 2008.

Je vous propose de découvrir cette vidéo, montage fait à partir de la chanson "Vincent" sur des tableaux de Van Gogh. Don a écrit cette chanson en 1971 après avoir lu un livre sur la vie de Van Gogh. La chanson a été un gros tube, dépassant même American Pie. En 1972, elle est numéro 1 au Royaume-Uni et numéro 12 aux Etats-Unis. Dans les années 70, le musée Van Gogh d'Amsterdam passait la chanson tous les jours et une copie de la partition accompagnée d'un échantillon des tableaux de Van Gogh sont enterrés sous le musée dans une capsule temporelle.

La vidéo met en parallèle les paroles et les tableaux.

Encore un groupe dans un style electronique que j'écoute pas mal en ce moment. Avant qu'ils ne splittent, ils étaient signés sur Jester Records, le label de Garm.
